Meet The Owner
Kalitha Reynolds (the agency owner) is from the small town of Lafayette, Alabama. She is a married mother of four daughters from the small town of LaFayette, AL and currently resides in LaGrange, GA.
She has over 20 years of experience in management, leadership, organizational development, operations, quality systems, budgeting, and financial planning. Educating families how to protect their assets, build generational wealth, and become financially independent is a passion for the owner of The Reach Agency. She is a trained financial advisor with over 5 years in the insurance business. “ If I can help someone along the way, then my living shall not be in vain”, was the motto of Kalitha’s dear mother, and have been adopted as a personal and business motto. The owner of The Reach Agency knows how important it is for families to be properly protected as well as making a difference in the surrounding communities through acts of service, education, and donations.
